National Customer Service Week 2019

Barhale will be taking part in ‘National Customer Service Week (NCSW).’ It is a week long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

Looking after all our customers (not just our clients, but the end user, the general public who interface with our projects) is vital to the success of our business. We are excited to hear from you all on your local examples of best practice in customer management/interface, how you have turned challenges and potentially negative interfaces into a positive, who your hidden customer centric heroes are and so much more.

This year’s themes are as follows:

We all have a part to play to ensuring our customers’ needs are taken care of. Providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met.

Barhale will be following each of the themes and we ask our employees to share their examples of how we always strive to deliver the best customer experience.
