Barhale’s IOS Alliance ran two inductions in January which included HFR, running concurrently at the lower and upper IOS office.

The sessions were attended by 52 personnel and several senior managers including Anglian Water management. We got some really good feedback from our employees about the sessions. We have machine operators on board helping to make HFR management work onsite. We have also decided to upskill one of our civil gangs to work alongside and learn the skills that our Res and Tower team has allowing us to deploy this team to help during busy periods.

Excellent work by the IOS team in re-inducting everyone back to site and updating CPP, RAMS and appointment letters.
