We’re pleased to announce that Barhale has delivered on its carbon reduction targets for the 5th consecutive year since setting a 2040 Net Zero goal and has achieved a Gold Standard following 5 years of carbon counting. Our results were verified in the quarter by our audit partner, Achilles, using the Carbon Reduce Programme.

What does this mean?                                                                                                                       Barhale is accurately measuring in accordance with the standard ISO 14064 and our business is operating in line with the UK’s 2050 net zero target.

Why it matters?                                                                                                                                       ISO 14064 sets the gold standard for environmental accountability, and we understand our role to play in the mitigation of climate change as well as working in compliance with the standard aligns with our values – caring, integrity, pride and demonstrates transparency.
