On Monday 8^th September, Barhale held a companywide Health and Safety stand down event that was mandatory for all Barhale employees. Health and safety is paramount at Barhale and we will not allow complacency to trickle in. Therefore, alongside the leadership team, regional HSEQ leads in conjunction with operations teams ran focused sessions throughout the day that were tailored to the regional needs. The key emphasis for the day was going home safe at the end of every day.

Alongside a message from CEO Martin Brown and Director of HSEQ Andy Dodman, each region across the country focused on important topics including mental and physical wellbeing, protecting our own with a much higher minimum standard of PPE, innovation in health and safety as well as the safe use of plant and equipment.
