He joins from Morgan Est where he was managing director for the past four years, having previously spent 15 years at Tarmac and Carillion.

Mark, 41, is a chartered civil engineer and a graduate of Imperial College, London. He has direct experience in all Barhale's operating sectors, including water, transport and energy and was the ICE's Civil Engineering Manager of the Year in 2001.
