Barhale is a place for people who want a career rather than just a job. We’re committed to producing genuine industry leaders, who contribute to the wider world of civil engineering as well as our own business.
As an accredited Investor in People, we believe strongly in training, coaching and planned work experience to allow you to develop and maximise your long-term potential. Many of our employees work toward recognised NVQs, which are based on national standards. These competence-based qualifications teach practical, work-related tasks, but can also involve spending time at college. We have developed close ties with educational institutions and encourage everyone to participate in relevant professional and technical groups.
Safety is one of the key pillars of our business, so all our employees are expected to achieve appropriate certification in health and safety.
